FIT FLOW VOLUME 2
THE EVERYTHING ALL-IN-ONE GUIDE, ROUND 2.
This workout guide includes pilates, tabata, HIIT, lifting, & balance workouts. EVERY single workout is radically different than the previous workout & the next workout. It's fresh, exciting, and super sweaty everyday! The main difference between VOLUMES 1 & 2 is simply the intensity! Volume 2 is slightly harder than the first and I don't recommend doing the second until you do the first. There are also a TON of new workouts within the full workouts in volume 2 that are not in volume 1.
Each Week Focuses On:
- 2 upper body focused days
- 2 lower body focused days
- 1 core/full body focused day
ALL workouts do hit your core, but only 1 day a week is totatlly core focused.
Yes! There are occassional steady state cardio workouts [example: 20 minutes of walking], but most cardio workouts are interval workouts to keep them fresh & exciting as well. NO reason to dislike cardio - your heart will thank you. (:
Absolutely! They are very simple to find & follow. All tutorial videos are on a specific video based instagram. You find the videos through hashtags, which is all explained in the guide!
