There are occassional steady state cardio workouts [example: 20 minutes of walking], but most cardio workouts are interval workouts to keep them fresh & exciting as well. NO reason to dislike cardio - your heart will thank you. (:
They are very simple to find & follow. All tutorial videos are on a specific video based instagram page. You find the videos through hashtags, which is all explained in the guide!
